Munich, April 2, 2026 – The aconso Group today announced its combination with Centric Germany. Together, aconso and Centric Germany will become the leading provider of HR document management solutions in Europe, further accelerating international expansion. Centric Germany enhances the existing portfolio with complementary technological strengths and opens up access to new markets. Existing services for customers will remain unchanged and will be further developed in a targeted manner.
aconso specializes in HR document management and pioneered the digital personnel file. The company supports HR departments in managing and automating documents and processes across the entire employee lifecycle—efficiently and AI-driven. More than 600 customers, including globally recognized companies and organizations, rely on its system-agnostic solutions.
Centric Germany develops and operates SaaS solutions for HR processes based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). As an SAP Sell, Service, and Build partner, the company provides add-ons for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors in the areas of HR document management, audit, and compliance. Several applications have been recognized by SAP as Spotlight+ Apps. In addition, Centric Germany supports customers in implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
By joining forces, the companies are bringing together their strengths and aligning them along key HR processes. Solutions for document management, compliance requirements, and payroll-related workflows will be more closely integrated and delivered within a consistent system environment.
