Customers can automatically generate documents and securely store them in the [Digital Personnel File](https://aconso.com/en/personnel-file/), minimizing manual effort and increasing efficiency across HR teams. This joint spoke integration enables efficient document management by combining ServiceNow's powerful HR Service Delivery capabilities with *aconso’s* advanced HR document management solutions.
