The spoke integration is available within ServiceNow and offers a simple and efficient solution for automating and optimizing HR processes. Customers can automatically generate documents and securely store them in the Digital Personnel File, minimizing manual effort and increasing efficiency across HR teams.
This joint spoke integration enables efficient document management by combining ServiceNow's powerful HR Service Delivery capabilities with aconso’s advanced HR document management solutions. The result is significant process optimization and a reduction of manual steps to an absolute minimum.

The aconso spoke allows customers to integrate HR document management directly into ServiceNow. HR departments can easily upload documents related to ServiceNow HR cases to the corresponding employee’s aconso Digital Personnel File. In practice, this means that whenever a ticket is created in the ServiceNow HR Service Center, a workflow is triggered: any documents required by the process are automatically generated by the system. For example, when an employee applies for parental leave, the corresponding workflow is initiated automatically, and the necessary certificates are generated and filed without manual intervention. This seamless process saves time and reduces administrative overhead.
For HR staff, the seamless integration means a smooth user experience with no additional steps required. Many processes that previously involved several manual steps can now be completed with just a single click. These optimized workflows free up HR teams to focus on more strategic tasks.
